Marie Boscher is a policy officer in charge of social economy in Directorate-General Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs where she coordinates the implementation of the Pact for Skills for the Proximity and Social Economy Ecosystem.

She began her career in the Commission in the Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology working on the implementation of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications, dealing with EU policies and legislative conception in the field of electronic communications and the Digital Single Market. She later worked as a legal and policy officer in DG Migration and Home Affairs where she focused on investment migration, and migrant entrepreneurship as well as application of EU law. Prior to joining the European Commission, she worked as an Attorney in an international law firm in Brussels, where she focused on international law, EU regulatory and competition law.
