Charlotte Galbiati

Charlotte joined Impact Europe as a Membership Experience Associate in June 2023. She is supporting the team by developping and implementing the membership experience strategies.

She is originally from Milan, and she moved to Brussels in 2020, when she started working in the EU bubble as an Office Manager for the European office of an Italian energy company, and then as a Membership and Program Coordinator for an association.

She holds a master’s degree in International Management from the University of Milan, and an Executive Master in Digital Marketing and Communication from Solvay Brussels School.

She speaks Italian, English, French and some Chinese.
