Bernardo Urrutia

Bernardo Urrutia works in the European Commission's Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion.
He's part of the team designing the "Social Investment and Skills Window" of the InvestEU Programme. Bernardo has worked previously for the Commission in the fields of RTD projects, Regional Policy, Anti-trust and State Aid control, Galileo and Connecting Europe Facility, among other EU Policy files.
