Impact investors are inviteed to express their interest in joining the Response, Recovery, and Resilience Investment Coalition (‘R3 Coalition’)
EVPA has joined the new Response, Recovery, and Resilience Investment Coalition (‘R3 Coalition’) alongside other prominent impact investing networks. The R3 Coalition aims to mobilise and coordinate impact investors to quickly fill financing gaps in efforts to address the devastating coronavirus crisis. As an immediate response, the initiative aims to surface and showcase investment opportunities—particularly related to health interventions and access to capital—to investors seeking new COVID-related investments. The objective is to direct capital efficiently toward high-impact solutions. The Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) is serving as the organising body for this initiative. If you are seeking co-investors for COVID-related investments and/or looking for new investments to place your capital, this coalition particularly aims to accelerate those efforts. The R3 Coalition will be brought to life largely through virtual meetings that will connect the relevant impact investors to one another – and to the information and opportunities that can help transform the response to the COVID crisis.

Funders and Current Partner Networks of the R3 Coalition
A global crisis requires a global response. The Response, Recovery, and Resilience Investment Coalition is being launched with broad collaboration across the global impact investor community and with financial support and guidance from the following leading foundations: David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Ford Foundation, John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, Open Society Foundations, The Rockefeller Foundation, and Sorenson Impact Foundation. The activities will be driven by a robust group of Partner Networks. Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), AVPN, B Lab, EDFI - Association of European Development Finance Institutions, European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA), Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), India Impact Investors Council (IIC), Mission Investors Exchange (MIE), Synergos, Toniic, and U.S. Impact Investing Alliance have already joined the initiative. We anticipate additional networks to participate as well.
