Catalysing Systems Change: Strengthening internal capacity for collaboration (members-only)
By investing in innovation and catalysing collective action across sectors, investing for impact has the potential to make a significant contribution to systems change. However, working collaboratively across sectors is not easy. To do it well, we need to transform some ways of our thinking and working.
This interactive learning session will help participants to understand and reflect on how they and their organisations are set up for collaboration and partnering across the domains of strategy and leadership, systems and processes, staff skills, and organisational culture. The session will draw on key frameworks and tools developed by The Partnering Initiative during its 20 years developing the theory and practice of multi-sector collaboration for transformational development. These tools and frameworks will be brought to life through real examples by your peers and participatory exercises to link the learnings to your own reality.
This Deep Dive will be offered in a partnership with The Partnering Initiative, the world’s longest-established organisation dedicated to multi-stakeholder partnering and a pioneer of the field combining cutting-edge partnering theory, with direct action globally to drive effective partnering and influence at the highest levels of international policy. TPI’s cutting-edge thinking, foundational concepts, frameworks and tools have helped to shape and define the global field of multi-stakeholder partnering.
