Fernando Cortes

Currently, Fernando Cortés is Grupo Bolívar's Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility, Chairman of the board of CECODES (Consejo Empresarial Colombiano para el Desarrollo Sostenible) and also, Fundación Bolívar's CEO, where he develops a valuable management that has allowed a quick structure of the organization and the generation of transformational social impacts in Colombia.

A graduate from the School of Business Administration of Universidad de los Andes, he has a Master in Thunderbird - Global School of International Management.

He has worked in some sectors, including graphic arts, food industry, mass consumption flowers industry, construction, financial services and the social sector. His experience has been focused on management and the development of economic and social projects, always taking into account value creation to stakeholders and hoping to make a mark for improving communities and environment.

Cortes McAllister also serves as Vice President of Social Responsibility at Sociedades Bolivar S.A.
