a|cube is a Benefit Corporation (100% owned by avanzi) that supports individuals and organizations in scaling up their ideas into sustainable, high-value and socially impactful businesses. We do it through designing and managing incubation programmes, coaching ideas and startups, transforming them into sustainable business models; offering customised support to needs analysis, validating business models and creating networks and partnerships; delivering specialised management consultancy to accelerate companies and connecting them with the world of impact finance
a|impact is an investment vehicle that promotes the development and growth of innovative SMEs and start-ups with a mission to generate a positive social, environmental and cultural impact on the community. It mainly invest with equity or quasi-equity, mostly focusing on enterprises which are registered and run operational offices in Italy, but with the possibility of investing in operational targets in other EU countries. Our core focus is on first and second-stage enterprises, on pre-seed, seed and first-stage investments.
