Launched in Portugal in 1998, the foundation originated from a corporate volunteer project developed in order to stimulate the potential and the spirit of solidarity and citizenship of employees, actively participating with the most disadvantaged communities.
Each year, the Foundation supports between 70 and 100 social welfare institutions in key areas of intervention, such as those related to children / youth, the elderly, people with disabilities and more.
The Foundation's activity focuses on the fight against social exclusion and protection of children.
Embodying the values and commitments in its mission, the foundation combats social exclusion, improving conditions of life of disadvantaged groups and supporting education and culture through practical activities.
