EVPA and Social Value UK will use their in-depth knowledge of the practice of social impact measurement and management to help you learn how to maximize the impact you are generating. This course is especially designed to support the funders, venture philanthropy organisations and social investors (VPO/SI) in understanding how to measure and manage impact at the portfolio level.

Who should attend?

This course is especially relevant for venture philanthropy/social investment funders and investors who are about to set up or are considering improving their impact measurement and management system. Former participants ranged from grant officers and social investors to philanthropy advisors (banking, family offices, etc...), investment managers and social programme managers.

· Scholarships: deadline 23/08/2019. Some scholarships are available for EVPA members who cannot afford the course fee. Please find here all the information on how to apply.

Certificate

EVPA and Social Value UK will award an education joint certificate of the course to the participants who have successfully completed the programme.

Don’t forget that EVPA members have priority access to trainings and pay 50% of non-members fees.

Adam Richards

Adam Richards

Adam Richards PhD, is Director of Impact at Social Value International leading on international training, projects, and supporting people and organisations around the world to affect change. Before joining Social Value International, he was a Senior Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University.


Priscilla Boiardi

Priscilla Boiardi

Priscilla Boiardi is aPolicy Analyst at the OECD. She worked at EVPA from 2016 to 2019, first as Research Manager, then as Knowledge Centre and Policy Director, leading the research, policy, training and dissemination activities of the association.

Priscilla Boiardi worked at EVPA from 2016 to 2019, first as Research Manager, then as Knowledge Centre and Policy Director, leading the research, policy, training and dissemination activities of the association. She has more than 10 years of research experience, first as a Research Associate at the Vlerick Business School and then as a PhD candidate at the Catholic University of Leuven. She has a strong expertise in research for business and public bodies, both qualitative and quantitative. Priscilla holds a MSc (Hons) in Economics and Management of Public Administrations and International Institutions from the Bocconi University in Milan. She is an Italian national and speaks Italian, English and Spanish.


Lena Vasilopoulou

Lena Vasilopoulou

Lena is EVPA's Training Officer and she is responsible for the designing of the organisation's learning offer.

Lena joined EVPA as a Training Intern in December 2017. She holds a MSc in Educational Sciences from KU Leuven and a BSc in Chemistry. She specialized in Professional Learning for both profit and non-profit organisations and in Designing Learning Environments. Lena has many years of experience as a private tutor and science teacher. She also offers voluntarily educational consulting in Team Magma which supports the educational significance of games.


Timothy Lambert

Timothy Lambert

Timothy joined SI2 Fund, a pioneering impact investing fund operating across Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, as impact investment analyst in January 2017. Over the past year and a half he has led and supported SROI analysis of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining SI2, Timothy conducted research on social performance management in the microfinance sector. He also worked with i-propeller, a shared value consultancy firm and he is a board member of Academics for Development for the third consecutive year. Timothy holds a MSc. in Microfinance (Solvay Business School), a MA in Business engineering (Louvain School of Management) and a Certificate in Ethics (Chair Hoover, UCL).
